Sorenson has an amazing mission with fantastic leadership. The company's board/owners/executives/directors are united on a vision of the future while respecting our deep roots from decades past. The vision of the future truly is the open door for new opportunity such as projects or teams that are "Using language to support human connections". As a tech person, this company has been the best tech job.
Cons
Human Resources is very distant by preferring to communicate through email only. HRs communication standard has resulted in multiple miscommunications over the years that has negatively impacted diversity/inclusion and employee benefits being missed.
