Pros
You get more responsibility for your role here as the company is relatively new and all the engineers are young and freshers. Engineering team is really good but always over burduned with the deliverables and over promises to the clients.
Cons
Senior management thinks that they are entitled to do and behave the way they want to, even though it causes too much pressure on employees. A few people who have joined the company earlier will always act bossy and pompous. There is no work-life balance and you will always be micromanaged. BD team first goes and over promises to the clients and then if work is not done engagement managers are held responsible. BD team always interferers with technical timelines and engineers' work style. Taking leaves is considered bad and reflects into your ratings. Just because senior EMs and BD people like to slog, everybody else also gets dragged into the same expectation pool. Atrition rate is super high. People are always leaving for better options.
