A huge red flag is a company that will waste 7-8 hours or your time interviewing. Whether an offer comes or not, there is no reason a company should ever put a candidate through 7 rounds of SEPARATE interviews spanned over 5 weeks. It's a clear indication that the do not respect your time and will be reflected in how you are treated as an employee. When dealing with this company. Enforce your worth and value and force them to group your interveiws into less that 2 or 3 rounds. Force them to find the time to get the mess together so you're not being forced to answer the same questions over and over again for over a month by multiple people. No one deserves that.
