They have started to have staff meetings once a month, which we get to talk to everyone in the same room and get information about things you need to know.
Cons
They could inform the customer the day before we are coming to them beacause sometimes they didnt even know we were coming. Which causes some ”dead time” and a lot of waiting for our side. And i think inform all the drivers you need to take care of your truck is a valuable sentence too beacause one truck i really disgusting to drive, a lot of dog smell in there.
