Pros

Friendly & casual atmosphere with generous compensation, especially for such a small company. You'll be able to meet people from big, name brand companies in the area. The office is beautiful, and very T accessible.

Cons

Big, name-brand companies means the projects are more straight-laced and less experimental, more so than you would expect from looking at their website. I often felt like I wasn't given enough direction in projects, and it didn't help that the directors are very particular about how things should be. Graphic/digital designers: be prepared to make 200 iterations on one piece of text.

Pros

- Thai Tuesday - Relaxed, Inclusive and collaborative Atmosphere - Extremely smart employees - Strong studio identity and culture - Well connected with MIT Media Lab network and Fathom is right downstairs Many employees will end up doing work outside of their designated role. Some days the designers might sketch mock-ups, and the next they will be coding and styling a website.

Cons

- A bit small, but some may enjoy this - Sometimes the work can be slow; As an intern I was sometimes left feeling like I was not being used to my full potential. - Having three-and-a-half bosses. Just kidding, they're all great.
