      Very smart, driven people & a unique product with great potential.

      Cons

      Company seems to be cursed with bad management, past and present. No/bad culture from top - things are done too fast and on the cheap. Need to stop and do things right to stay ahead of the market. Need to value it's employees & create an environment of innovation, collaboration and success.
