Where to begin? The “product” is basically all smoke and mirrors and miles off being anything of value. Rather than actually improving the technology and the experience to be relevant, they are wasting precious resources in making ineffectual cosmetic updates and nonsensical features no one asked for. The leadership group is inept and amateurish at best. The group is comprised of those who fight for their own personal agenda and those who are yes-men to the CEO. Either way, they’re not moving the company forward. Speaking of the CEO, he is an egomaniac whose lavish spending coupled with a lack of vision has set the company back, which has led to multiple layoffs. As other reviews indicate, he lacks the requisite humility and judgment to even claim a shred of responsibility.
