Pros
Honestly- this place has helped me step into what I was made to do. I get to use my gifts to actually help people -how awesome is that? I’m constantly learning; sharpening my skills and working alongside some seriously talented people who keep pushing for excellence.
Is it perfect? Nope. But neither am I. No place is. What matters is that I’ve grown so much here, I realize I can be part of making this place even better: a place that puts Christ first and serves others selflessly.
It’s easy to focus on the negatives but here’s what I’ve seen firsthand: where else do you find owners who take time out of their busy schedules to drive an employee’s wife and child to the hospital? To pray, counsel, and walk a team member through a crisis after hours? Who would surprise an employee turning 50 by paying for a once-in-a-lifetime trip? Who genuinely prioritize the needs of employees and their families when life happens?
This is a great place to work. The owners aren’t materialistic -they live humbly and serve others. Are they perfect? No. But who is?
If we say we work for the Kingdom but show up expecting our boss to make us happy-- then we’re not really here to serve --we’re here to feel good about ourselves. Your ideals will be tested by reality. Ministry isn’t like a regular job. It’s not always glamorous and it's gonna challenge your commitment. At the end of the day are you here to please God or just yourself? That’s the real question.
This is Kingdom work. It takes grit, integrity, humility and a serious passion to follow God’s call. Some people leave bitter and write ugly reviews because things didn’t go their way. But this ministry has helped millions --including me. And I’m here for the long haul.
Cons
Not much cons, but they don't offer massage services or nap pods -and no foosball table --lol. But you'll often find the owner grilling BBQ and steaks and serving lunch on Fridays.
