Pros
Such a happy, open, and fun environment! Free classes as a perk of the job are great! You get to build such good connections with the people who come to ride, which as a college kid helps when you want to change fields after you graduate. The schedule is very flexible and is given monthly.
Cons
All depending on the studio and day you're working, workload can vary from minimal to quite heavy. It's a lot of movement on your feet, so the best thing I can suggest is to keep a positive attitude.
