      Benefits are great and hard working employees are valued. There are many positions within the company which offers employees the opportunity to grow and cross train.

      Training is largely hands-on, so new hires need to be proactive.

      Pros

      The company has a great community of people to work for and with. The industry is constantly changing and overcoming new challenges. This makes many avenues to learn and grow in the company. I have certainly enjoyed my time with Source and grateful for the employment.

      Lack of increase of vacation or sick time for loyal employees.
