Excellent culture which allows personal and professional growth. During my time here we have grown from 10 people and 1 office to over 60 and soon to be 5 offices! Source don't sacrifice performance, and are constantly looking to bring excellent people in, whilst ensuring promotion from within. Progression is clear and simple, and there is always support available from the top downwards, and there is a huge amount of talent to learn from here. We have investment in training and development, which is reaping huge awards as we continue to grow. Great sociable culture, with a huge amount of incentives and perks which are constantly evolving.
