      Pros

      I joined the SGI Academy as a fresh recruiter with very basic knowledge of the industry. The Academy was a 6 week intensive training course that covered everything from start to finish. You feel very supported throughout the whole process and its a brilliant way to find your feet within the recruiting world. Everyone who is involved at SGI makes you feel so welcomed and are always there to help you with anything. The chemistry in the office is something that is quite rare to find, its an environment where you are excited to come into work day in and day out. If you are looking to start a career in recruiting then I would highly recommend SGI.

      I dont have a bad word to say about SGI...Honestly...

Leaders genuinely care about the employees An environment that breeds success A place where you can gain professional and personal development Excellent career opportunities as the business continues its growth An adult, non micro management style allows you to be creative in your work

      Pros

      - The company president in the US is the best and has a good structure in place - Mature working environment - Take care of their loyal staff and all staff for that matter - Incentive trips - Recruit in good markets that have a lot of growth

      Cons

      - No hands on manager when every other team has one - No diversity across the board - No 401K
