      Pros

      good people, I mean everyone under management level that is, with some exceptions

      Cons

      misguided vision from exec mngt, inability to execute - they talk a big game, but it is smoke and mirrors everything was a CYA constant complaining from employees and management failed to reinstate 401k matching I got tired of the misinformation from management and left rumor is they always "cooked" the books

      Pros

      -Good office atmosphere, fairly laid back and everybody has a good time at work most days. -Plenty of work to be done, rarely feel bored and do not feel rushed to accomplish 99% of tasks.

      Cons

      -Not the best benefits available.

      It lasted 45 years and was a family

      Cons

      It is a very unprofessional place. People are not treated equal and there are no true leaders. Way too many Directors and way to many people there that shouldn't be but Management doesn't listen and obviously not interested in what is best for the company.
