      Pros

      There really are no pros to this company at all, aside from the fact that the interior of their office is nice.

      Cons

      Too many to list but here's the gist of it; this company is a joke. They advertise being a "marketing and advertising company", but every job posting is vague and deceiving. Your actual job probably will entail selling Verizon door to door in a low income neighborhood. Also, they advertise that the building is in a nice office complex, but they're actually a basement office behind the building. Loud music playing, snake-like employees, and a terrible business structure based on pyramid success. You really can't say anything positive about this company at all.

      Pros

      Working here is awesome. I am busy all day so the day goes by fast and the management staff really strives to help their team. I enjoy learning and being challenged.

      Cons

      It was overwhelming at first to learn everything but they gave me about 2 weeks of training. So I am very great full of that.

      Pros

      Working here is not for everyone. The management stuff understands that. It was everything I was looking for. Stability for my family and myself. Full time hours or more. Tons of growth since they only grow from with in. The growth is never ending and if you set up the right compensation package there is no cap on how much you can make. The environment is young and fast paced.

      Cons

      You are always working in a team so if you are more independent this is not for you. If you want to just sit at a desk all day this is not for you. If you want social media marketing this is not for you. This is for people who want a career.
