Use to be Mission Driven! If Sr Leadership would start to focus on getting people with disabilities jobs that would be a good thing.

Cons

No transparency with the Sr leadership. People work in fear of getting fired. High level producers have been let go and no one knows why? People that were respected and and knew their jobs have been let go almost weekly. I would not recommend working for this group. Those of us still here work with are heads down. Ethics officer out for blood-Very toxic....

Easy to work remotely, flexible schedule, Interesting projects, Team Lead and the 2nd in command were very supportive of the professional development of interns.

Cons

Not much to say; Though a longer internship time would've been helpful.
