Pros
Pay and benefits were fantastic. Company is strong and provides great service.
Cons
No work/life balance, at least for drivers. Overtime pay only startd in 2021 and doesn't kick in til after 45 hours. Original "family" culture is waning. Youth and education is rewarded over experience and loyalty.
