Toxic work environment - Call Center Representative Southern Air Employee Review

They treat their employees like garbage and the management team is a joke. They consistently train you to lie to the customers about products, services, and even the employees that work there. This was the most toxic work environment that I've ever worked in. Management is passive aggressive, highly emotional, and liars. If you aren't prepared to work 24/7, 365 then don't apply to this company. You are selling your soul to the Devil once you're hired.
