Overall none, sometimes there is alot of catering but normally just holidays

Most of the people who work in the building are very nice people, there is some opportunity for overtime and the pay is decent.

In every company there are a few bad apples, in this company rather than fire the bad apples they transfer the people to a different building to go on to another building and cause more havoc or they will keep the person who is the problem at the current dining facility and transfer the person who didn’t deserve to moved to a new building. Everyday there is always some kind of drama going on and people talk about one another and a lot of people are messy and fake. Management, doesn’t do a lot and there is a lot fraternization going on within the company, from leadership socializing with hourly employees on the clock to assistant managers having intimate relationships with married drill sergeants. HR needs some house cleaning as well because they are well aware of the matter and it is not addressed. HR also looks for avenues to take more money out of an employees check, from union fees, to not paying employees for work that is outside of their job description, to picking and choosing which employees are able to work overtime.
