There are very supportive and kind people here.

There can be large influxes of work with tight deadlines.

The only pro was that you received a paycheck

Not compliant with regulatory agencies, constant issues with FDA (warning letters), DEA (investigations), OSHA violations, TWC violations, IRS violations. They do not even follow or enforce their own in-house procedures. Facility is not safe for employees.
