I’m often asked by new hires what it takes to be successful here at Sovos. And, I give them this advice: “Find interesting business problems and solve them, regardless of your experience, your specific role or your location.” We do our best to create an environment where everyone can make an impact and learn through the process, and I’m grateful to hear you experienced the benefits of that first hand. I feel lucky every day to be surrounded by authentic, talented and driven people like you. It’s how I learn. Every day I learn something from someone on the team, and I’m happy I got to learn from you. I’m glad you, too, found value in learning from people with different background and experiences. You are right, though, we run at a fast pace. We’re in a market that is transforming under our feet, and we owe it to our customers to adapt quickly and to push ourselves to get better every single day. It’s not an environment for everyone, but it’s amazing to see people embrace it and contribute in ways they never thought possible.
