Pros

An amazing learning experience. If you show you’ve got what it takes, then you will have the opportunity to get involved in projects out of your job description, which proves very helpful for professional growth. In my time at SWMG, I’ve discovered strengths I didn’t know I had and learned a lot more than I ever anticipated. Solid team environment. In sales, for example, we are all working together towards a common goal. Expect seasoned employees to openly share their knowledge with you. All departments work together closely / open lines of communication between everyone Flexibility – after working in the office for 4 years, I was given the opportunity to keep my job when I relocated to a different state. It’s also pretty common for employees to move into different departments OR for management to create new position in order to best play to an employee’s strengths. Perfect environment for those with an entrepreneurial spirit and industrious attitude. Your hard work will be recognized. Great hours – office opens at 1030 Free spa treatments Generous amount of time off – 2 weeks vacation + an additional week off between xmas and New Years

Cons

Crunch time can be tough – if you’re in sales, you’ll be putting in extra hours right before the event and will be encouraged to work a couple of Saturdays Learning curve – there’s a lot to take in when you first start. There’s an expectation to take in a lot of info quickly.

Pros

This review is directed at the anonymous author of the past two negative reviews (yes, it's the same person). I'm one of the "mindless stooges" who you clashed with and whom you refer to in your reviews as being "controlled by management and forced to write positive reviews". Clearly, getting employed here and your antics (in the two weeks you actually worked here) were nothing more than a ploy to receive unemployment benefits. Thanks for getting fired so quickly and minimizing the disruption you caused. If you would have stayed, I would have needed to find a new job.

Cons

small staff needs everyone to give 100%... fast pace will leave anyone unprepared or unwilling, behind.

Pros

Seems good for extra money around the holidays

Cons

Fighting for payment. Example, I submitted my request the first week of March and it is May 20th now, still not paid. I am in constant contact with them. Payment for requests/GC submissions are paid out the 15th of the following month after submission. I should have been paid April 15th. The fight now goes on and I hope no one uses Spa Week. By the way, customers, your provider eats 20%. So buy a GC directly from them so they get the full pay out.
