Staff is nice. Facilities are beautiful.
Cons
No training, no guidance, no help whatsoever. 15 minute meeting and then tossed in to figure it out on your own. And it doesn’t matter what your agreed-upon pay is, owner will pay you what he feels like even if it’s breaking the law.
