Pros

Cons
- refusal to rehire and furlough recently departed staff during pandemic despite it costing them zero - no ethics: Overcharging customers secretly and condoning sales staff doing this - High pressure sales culture despite claims that customer service is at the core of everything - CCTV all round office facing desks - no qualms about representing Trump/Dorchester venues (owners with deadly human rights records) - Pressure you to sign a waiver that you will work more than the legal maximum number of hours - only 2 days sick pay - Cramped, very small desk spaces - Deliberate gameplaying over job security to suit them, climate of fear and rumour, HR left out of loop - Promotions/departures rarely announced, non-existent internal communication - Micromanaging from senior staff - Pressure to write positive glassdoor reviews because they realised bad ones aren't good for their image - v High staff churn - People who speak out on issues are seen as troublemakers - Nepotism, not promoting longstanding staff members and hiring mates from outside instead - Inability to support or recognise talent, hiring specialists and then not listening to them until they get frustrated and end up leaving - Supplier accounts go unpaid, causing embarrassment and straining relationships
