There's always plenty of work to do. The team works well together, and most employees give more than they have to in order to get the job done. The company has grown strongly since 2010.

So much micro-management, confusion, off-the-top-of-the-head decisions, unfair and unclear bonus structure, obvious bias towards Lebanese employees, lots of shouting and not much profit.

Stable company, on time salary. Part of a bigger conglomerate which makes it safer to work there than in other companies

Politics, lack of vision, unrealistic targets, no real effort to improve, unfair bonus scheme, lack of feedback (positive or negative) and no differentiation between those who work and underperformers. Which really demoralizes employees who are keen to make a difference
