Pros
Wonderful colleagues. Among all negativity around, colleagues were the only good thing here. Compensation for travel was quite fair.
Cons
Management doesn't allow employee to grow knowledge wise. No internet facilities for critical departments. Lack of many such basic amenities. Manager always on CCTV, no technical talking or knowledge sharing under CCTV.
