-competitive pay -relaxed, casual environment (not corporate at all) -Free lunch on Weds -frequent happy hours and company outings -office is clean, tech is good and works well, lots of snacks always available

-location isn't great -owners are bizarre

Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Some people are very closed off and provide an uncomfortable work situation.
