Extended school day, after school PD twice per week, ATs are asked to perform every possible job at the school and are overworked with too few resources. Principal and Dean of Culture are incompetent.

They have a lots of material resources - robots, lego, books

Inconsistent requests, will ask one thing in a meeting, and then want another after you fulfill request.. micromanaging
