Pros
Recent reviews (from 2017) of this company are fake, as SPARK Experience was sold and is not longer in business. At one point in time, SPARK was a vibrant, growing business with real camaraderie amongst employees. As the company grew and expanded capabilities and leadership changed, the company culture became toxic and work product quality eroded. Work flexibility (working when/where you work - but doing it all the time) was a nice benefit. It was a good place to learn a lot in a short period of time and take on lots of responsibility. Original employee base was smart, talented, and fun.
Cons
Some typical agency problems - unrealistic schedules and deadlines, too much work for too few people, no training for junior-level employees (survive the fire or die). Leadership was weak and ineffectual. Do you research on the main player at this organization. I would not recommend working for/with him in any capacity.
