- small team but expanding, can be challenging to get things from Clients / internal reviews when swamped, but luckily we are expanding the team - daily meetings if u don't like meetings, but great way to learn to speak up

The culture and staff are great! Everyone I worked with was really kind and helpful. The CEO is really big on culture and flexibility. Perks include staff food/snacks.

The work was very similar for each client so when I got the hang of the agency routine, there wasn't much in terms of assignment variety or scope to help me grow and learn, in the context of an internship. I only recommend this position for those who are very vocal and entrepreneurial and willing to be constantly pushing for opportunities.
