      If you love working with kids, this is the place for you. Beyond the basic routines it's different every day. Also, decent benefits.

      Cons

      Pay is not up to average CNA pay across the state, and for the work the CNAs do we deserve more pay. Workplace drama.

      Pros

      Spark Pediatrics is a great company to work for. I joined last year and have been thrilled. The mission of the company, Every Child Deserves A Childhood, is so strong and the company follows through on it. They treat their employees respect and empathy, I love my job.

      Cons

      Working in healthcare and with children isn't for everyone.

      Get to work with kids

      Cons

      Poor upper and lower management, no communication between management and staff. Staff leaving due to poor conditions, overworked and undervalued. Mostly staffed through an agency. No coordination of care. Patients being pulled from center by parents. Location is not profitable.
