Pros
Great challenging environment, compensation/benefits and company-drive to improve in all areas: I.T. department, HR, Recruitment, Accounting department etc. A really great mid-size company to work for; clear-cut policies and procedures in place. Management is very vocal and straight-forward about current/future plans.
