Pros
•Slightly flexible scheduling
•Driving distance compensation (for a full day of work)
•All female staff
Cons
Unfortunately there are more pros than cons;
•Unprofessional and downright rude owner
•Little to no respect for simple clarifying questions surrounding: safety concerns, payouts (which are not done through the banks, I'm assuming to save a quick buck - they use cashapp and venmo for pay as they do not have a brick-and-mortar office) , and actual employment conditions discussed in the interview process.
•Does not value the employee's safety (as stated above) even with new trainees
•They say you get 5 days of slow training, but are so focused on not letting the customer know you are a new hire, that they will sacrifice honesty for a deep clean that you might not even fully know how to do.
They really throw you right into the fire on the first training day; a challenge is good and fun, but not at the risk of dishonesty with the client.
You can read the many bad reviews left on multiple sites and sources. My advice? Be cautious, especially when 80% of the time, the client (who is usually male) will be home and watching you clean tubs and hard to reach spots bent in precarious poses. They will put you on new jobs with clients they have never met within your first week of work and laugh at your safety concerns.
The owner also seems to have issues remembering what she said plainly and clearly in the interview process vs on a day-to-day basis when asked clarifying questions about: the position, the training, among other things.
Oh, and not to mention they will take you off the schedule for these safety concerns and then terminate you when given time by the owner to evaluate whether you want to work part-time in a team or full-time with 50/50 team/single jobs. This isn't solely a team-clean job, as it was mainly described in the job listing and in the interview.
