No mentorship, no company direction, no development, no growth, people speaking out of both sides of their mouth, etc. Toxic work environment due to a handful of individuals that seem to be able to get away with anything they want (vaping indoors, screaming, undermining, etc) with no consequences. These individuals are also then protected since the CEO seems to scared to do anything about them even when proven track record that they can't keep clients due to their bad attitudes.
Good people are overworked and then reprimanded if they can't finish the thousands of tasks delved out to them.
CEO who turns a blind eye to problems since everything is about the bottom line and just lacking the quality of a leader to do the right thing for the people of the company who are the foundation.
On the benefits side, forget about having a family and being the breadwinner of your home. The benefits are good for the individual but no true coverage for dependents especially if you plan on having any children.
