They love to have control and hate to communicate and collaborate with their educators. There is never any money for resources and children end up with nothing to play with. Area management and current director are unkind. Other employees are excellent with children, but all feeling burnt out with no support. Big staff turnover. It’s hard to advance because they don’t offer any assistance but expect the world from you.
