It's a good company to work for with good benefits decent pay, also the employees are very helpful to one another I thoroughly enjoyed working.
Cons
Sparrows is a oil & gas company that services offshore cranes in the Gulf of Mexico. so with the decline in the price of oil they had a lay off and I got caught up in that number.
