Great place to start - Analyst Spaulding Ridge Employee Review

I'm slightly worried about the future of SR, they seem to be getting more into a top-down approach, moving away from an employee first ideals that they used to have. They've also expanding the amount of offices that have, which seems to me like a waste of money when the entire job can be done virtually. On top of that, they have also been seemingly reducing promotion opportunities and adding a time-gate to them, with less transparency into the company overall.
