The product is well positioned in an interesting industry. Management is actively looking for ways to improve the firm, they emphasize an open door policy and love to hear from everyone. There is plenty of room for growth.

Due to rapid growing, there are some changing or uncertain policies.

This is a company that is strong in Europe and has a product that is needed in the Americas. Strong software and food knowledge coupled with a history of delivery of service in Europe.

It is a straight forward, direct management style that expects performance. There is no way to hide, if you get results you win...if not, well it is not acceptable.
