Business outlook
Pros
Lots of training provided. Lots of opportunity to work your way up. If you find the right store it can be a great place to work, less gossiping than other places I have worked.
Cons
Sometimes can feel unsupported in certain stores. Pay isnt as much as other companies, ADP (site that is used for payslips) is terrible to access, some stores don't pay you overtime properly. Very little work life balance as a manager in certain stores. As said, the pros and cons massively vary from store to store.
