Pros
All my colleagues are really nice and easy to work with. Everyone is happy to help each other during work hours and our store manager is really good too. The store manager helps out on the shop floor whenever she's in, is really good at preventing issues before they happen and is generally just a good person to be around. Pay is quite nice, especially for a first time job.
Cons
Sometimes the customers get a bit grumpy for things that we can't control, or come into the store upset and looking for an issue to argue about. doesn't happen often but is mildly annoying. But that's just what working in the retail space is like.
