Not a great place - Sales Specter Pest Control Employee Review

This is a great company to work for! Office staff enjoys the flexibility of getting to work from home which is awesome. Training and expectations are clear and the owners really invest in their employees. Highly recommend working for Specter!

Honestly I don’t have any!

There are no pros of this job! Overworked, no benefits and very low pay!

Horrible company to work for. They will fire you for chronic medical conditions. Don’t bother disclosing it to them during the interview process. They do not care. Terrible pay and you have to provide all equipment. You get two 10 minute breaks that are previously scheduled and set by the office manager. And you also get a 30 minute lunch that is at a set time everyday and you are not able to change it. Zero benefits and low low pay. Mandatory zoom calls everyday with screen sharing which horribly slows down your computers while you’re trying to work.
