Pros
Obligatory Note: I'm not a corporate shill. Management consists of your down-to-earth, lead-by-example type who each share a common vision for the direction of the company. That common vision also happens to be one in which employees and clients are taken care of in equal measure. Individual employees are encouraged to grow within their roles, develop solutions together, and potentially advance through the company. The company has a culture of working together for each other and for the client. Everyone makes mistakes, but at Spectra, mistakes are viewed as learning opportunities. With such a great work atmosphere comes very high standards for its employees, but that's why Spectra attracts the best and brightest. I've never worked at a job where I felt like I was the dumbest person in the room, until now. While this sounds like a con, in reality it's invigorating to have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside such a remarkable team of people.
Cons
So far none that really stand out. Spectra is growing very quickly, so we run into a few typical snags here and there, but nothing worth mentioning when the pros are so strong.
