This was my experience with this job from start to finish. When I was chosen by the recruiter, the communication was poor. Just to start, I struggle with social anxiety. I saw that spectrum offered remote, so I figured if I can get through the training I can earn a remote spot. In training it was very hard to learn. People would fight, others had repetitive questions and some seemed to take it as a joke. There was several test, due to the volume of the class room, it was very difficult to concentrate. When we took our final test, it was near people taking calls, which they allowed blasting rap music talking about drugs and shooting people. Although I did pass, I couldnt beleive the unprofessionalism of this company. During the next step after graduation, we had to get certified. Unfortunately the person certifying me clearly had something against me. During certification, I was told theyd be a fly on the wall observing my call, which would be graded after. This person did not do that, they constantly were talking and asking questions while im trying to handel the call. Which lead to me having anxiety attack. I eventually did get certified and recieved several certifications. Highest in the class on certain statistics. Seeing how I was exceeding goals, I asked due to my anxiety if I could be advanced to work from home. That was denied by everyone. Although others were allowed an advanced work from home, I was denied despite my disability. As I continued going into work, in a loud envoirment of blasting rap music. My nervous system finally had enough. I could no longer return to work. In which a bill they produced free from benfits had now been charged with no advanced time to change the services. In which I called and explained. The billing dept. Stated charges were valid and refused to do anything. Even on the way out this company screwed me and it is by far the most unprofessional, horrible company ive ever worked for. Would not recommend. This was lake mary flordia customer solutions center. By things they've said, you can tell they didnt want us to file certain tickets, im sure they didnt want any attention on this building and I can see why. They lie to customers on the phones and are deceptive to make stats and bonuses. You have to be a crook to succeed here. Because theres so many calls that you cant do anything about. That cheating or lying is the only way. Which i refuse to do.
