Pros

You can get extra paid for commission of sales. There's a lot of nice benefits after 3 months, 6 months and a year of hiring.

Cons

The position is customer service representative, but you have to sell anyway. They micromanage everyone in front of everybody. Constant inquiries about why the sell didn't complete, you have to say how are you going to fix it. Everything it's tracked, registered and repeat to you the next day, because you get advised before your shift ends during training. The personal rotation is higher than it other companies.
