Pros
I'm sure the free cable, internet, home phone, and home security will be on the top of everyone's list. We also have great medical benefits, educational assistance, and other discounts that would be a close 2nd.
Cons
With being in limbo over the past 3 years with our acquisition, the work environment has changed drastically. Everything is metrics driven versus doing what's right. Since "regionalizing," local opportunities to advance your career have dwindle and current leadership isn't going anywhere. With the change of our name, along will come the change in feeling like being apart of something great.
