6yWe appreciate your concerns as we work together during these unprecedented times. As a FEMA Community Lifeline sector, with services are essential to hospitals, emergency first responders, government facilities, the news media and our communities, we help them to stay connected, flatten the curve and protect the country. Delivering these vital communications while supporting employees is our top priority.
We recently made a number of changes to our operations that will help employees better manage through this challenge, including an additional 15 days of paid time off to be used for COVID-19 related needs, increased social distancing plans in all of our call centers and operations facilities, and the option for remote work for employees whose jobs allow them to work outside the office while still providing critical services.
We thank you for all you are doing every day to support our customers and communities to ensure they remain both connected and safe.
