Pros
I've been working with Spectrum for over 6 years. The company has made a lot of advances in diversity and pay scales. I've seen a lot of progress, especially in minority and LGBTQ support. (Recently added an option to have your chosen name on your badge.) We have ALWAYS had great benefits, and have gone 9 years without raising healthcare costs! I love my leader and my team, and even though I've been approached for multiple jobs with other companies, the only thing that could lure me away is a remote position in management.
Cons
The biggest challenge I see is the lack of remote work opportunities. We are losing many, many great employees and candidates daily to other companies who allow remote work.
