Pros
Benefits are pretty good, practically free service, excellent medical, 401 savings plan, company vehicle if you work in the field.
Cons
Work is pretty challenging- quotas are tough to meet in the time given, issues that are out of your control actually count against you. The hours are long, and the pace can wear you out fairly quickly. Management doesn't seem to get the tech side of things, so a lot of us workers dont feel supported. Turnover for field tech positions are very high and it is really hard to transfer to another dept.
