Pros
* Work from Home * Dedication to their clients with a proven record * Not too much micro-management * Ability to grow in your career * Decent Pay for the work
Cons
* Upper Management staff have no empathy * You may hear from your manager that you are doing well on your metrics but then get conversations from upper management to do better * While there, noticed that they released a lot of people from employment (laid off) but after speaking to some of those people found out that they were "let go due to performance issues" even though they were top performers. Seems like there's a disconnect
