Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to address your concerns regarding management and oversight. With any outside sales salaried position, we do require a level of accountability because our staff is working in the field with no one looking over their shoulder. Our leadership team's focus is to set you up for success and carry you across the finish line, but that does include ensuring that you are efficient with your time spent in the field.
Our organization is supported by experienced leaders, including senior leadership who actively partner with and support our sales executives throughout their deals. This hands-on involvement is intentional and designed to provide coaching, remove barriers, and help drive strong funding results for both our employees and our customers.
We recognize that accountability and engagement may be perceived differently by individuals, but our goal is to create a structured environment where representatives have the support, tools, and leadership guidance needed to perform at a high level.
