      Pros

      Such a great team! There is so much room for growth and being able to show what you have to offer.

      Cons

      Onboarding was easy, but I was never given a true job description so trying to understand what my role was and what they wanted from me was a bit hard at first. I felt like I had to ask a lot of unnecessary questions and request materials and resources that should have already been presented to me.

      Friendly team, good communication, and lots of opportunities to improve skills. Projects are interesting and creative, and the company trusts employees to manage their work independently.

      -Very difficult interview. -Don't actually see any reqruiters until after the first round or two. -Unfair constraints on test.
